Mobility Operator – Electric Fleet Transition Financing

This opportunity involves a USD 20 million financing for a leading Vietnamese mobility services operator with more than three decades of experience in urban transport. The company serves both consumer and corporate customers, and is open to either a private debt facility or an M&A transaction.

The facility comprises USD 15 million of capital expenditure and USD 5 million of operating expenditure. Its central purpose is to transition the company’s fleet to electric vehicles, while also upgrading its ride-hailing and dispatch platform.

Part of the proceeds will support the expansion of B2B and corporate mobility services. The transaction gives investors exposure to the electrification of urban transport in Vietnam through an established operator with an existing fleet, customer base and operating track record.
