This opportunity involves the acquisition of 100% of a Vietnam-based payment intermediary founded in 2010, including its operating platform and associated licence rights. The business is a joint-stock company held by four shareholders, all of whom intend to sell their full stakes.

Its licensed activities cover electronic payment gateway services as well as collection and disbursement support. The platform has supported a broad range of payment methods, including domestic ATM cards through the national payment switch, VietQR, international cards, e-wallets, cash acceptance and virtual-account payments. It has historically connected with major domestic banks and e-wallet providers.

The transaction offers a direct entry route into an established, regulated payment entity in Vietnam for fintech, payment, commerce or digital-services groups. A buyer can reactivate existing customer relationships and develop new products on top of the licence and connectivity framework already in place.
