Greenfield K-12 International School Project

This opportunity involves the acquisition of a greenfield K-12 school project in Hanoi, structured either as an asset acquisition or as an equity acquisition. The project sits on an 18,132 sqm plot zoned for education use and is planned as an international-standard campus with a designed capacity of 900 to 1,200 students.

All required approvals are in place, and the land has been cleared and fenced.
