THU NGUYEN
Over 18 years of experience in banking and financial services, specializing in UHNWIs. She has played a key role in expanding Infiba Vermögensverwaltungs AG into the Asian private client market. Previously, she was a Senior Portfolio Manager at BNP Paribas, managing portfolios of approximately CHF 600 million and co-managing SICAV funds. She holds an MBA and a Master’s in Finance (Wealth Management) from University of Geneva and is CFA ESG Investing certified. Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, skiing, and cooking fusion cuisine.
DUC PHAM
Over 18 years of experience driving strategic growth and enterprise transformation across Education, EdTech, and Financial Services. He has led regional expansion and large-scale transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, working with global and luxury brands to align strategy with execution. His expertise spans enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, edX, and Magento, as well as cloud and AI-driven solutions. He holds an MBA from Sweden.
TUNG HOANG
Over 18 years of experience across IT, food processing, and education. He founded Synova Global, scaling it to 200 engineers across five countries, and is a key investor in leading ventures including VNF (sustainable shrimp processing) and VTC Academy. He collaborates with a private equity firm managing USD 500 million, focusing on M&A and healthcare investments, and has backed companies such as Savyu. He holds a degree in Information Systems and Communication and an MBA from University of Geneva.
NGHIA BUI
Over 12 years of experience in Swiss taxation and social security compliance. He brings deep cross-sector expertise, bridging public and private institutions to deliver strategic and regulatory solutions. He previously served at FER-Genève and the State of Geneva, contributing to high-impact initiatives and complex administrative frameworks. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from HEG-Geneva.
LINH DOAN
Over 10 years of experience across hospitality, IT, and education. She scaled Synova Global to 200 engineers across five countries and led VTC Academy with 300 employees and 5,000 students across four campuses. She graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School and holds a Business Administration degree from Saxion University. She also leads social initiatives supporting underserved communities and expanding access to technology education.

Backed by the international experience of its founding team, Alliance Mount, though a newcomer to the market, has quickly emerged as a key player shaping new trends in finance and M&A in Vietnam.
Looking back on the past year, despite global M&A slowing down due to persistently high U.S. interest rates. Alliance Mount has made positive strides as a connector between international investors and Vietnamese enterprises in strategic sectors such as logistics, renewable energy, education, and technology.
